  • Take a warm bath. Bust out those bath bombs, bubble baths, bath oils, and candles!
  • Color. Any coloring book will do!
  • Cook or bake.
  • Practice gratitude. What are 5 things you’re grateful for?
  • Has a negative thought popped up? Put it on trial. Could that thought prove itself in court?
  • Listen to your favorite music.
  • Take a walk.
  • Close your eyes and take 3 slow, deep breaths.
  • Pet your favorite furry (or feathery) creature.
